Chesapeake Bay Lures offers the following Returns Policy: Products may be returned to Chesapeake Bay Lures for refund or replacement within 30 days of the invoice date. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns, both to and from you. Please allow 1-3 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. All items must be in new condition, in original packaging. Any departures from this policy may result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a re-packaging fee for products not returned in the original packaging. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.
