While the Bookstore area is undergoing reconstruction, we cannot continue to accept publication orders and memberships submitted online. We also cannot accept orders and memberships submitted by telephone or email attachment.

However, the staff will continue to manually process all orders and memberships submitted by regular U.S. Mail or facsimile transmission.

Please allow two weeks from the date of mailing or faxing for the processing of all new memberships, membership renewals, and publication orders.
