This small guinea hen measures 6.5” tall and is shown with a medium guinea for comparison. The ceramic hen is glazed with the colors grass green over celery green and Made in France. On the bottom of each guinea is a note from the artist: La Pintade - Having been fascinated for more than 30 years by the originality and the elegance of the guinea hens that run free in my garden, it finally came to me that by immortalizing them in a harmonious and timeless object that I could convey my love for the guineas to others. - Heidi C.
