Exchange and Return Policies
We want your online shopping experience at CapeFeet.com to be as pleasurable as possible, and we will gladly accept any returns or exchanges within sixty (60) days of original purchase of all of our products provided they have not been worn or used.
(Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any purchases made through our custom and corporate programs.)
Exchanges:
We are happy to accept any exchanges of unused products purchased through CapeFeet.com. Simply mail your product to the address listed below and include the original invoice and all relevant contact information. Exchanges are generally processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) days of receiving your item(s). Please list the item you would like in exchange – BE SPECIFIC (color, size, style, etc.). If you would like to make an exchange for an item of greater value, please include a credit card number or include a check for the difference in value.
In the event of a backorder on exchanges, you will be notified via email and presented options from which to choose. The first option is we will give you the estimated date the item will be available and you can wait for the item to arrive. The second option is you can choose another product and we will ship that one to you. The third option is we can issue you a gift certificate for future use for that item or other items, or we can issue back a credit to your credit card (if used) and close the back order exchange.
Returns:
Cape Feet will gladly accept any unused products for a return within sixty (60) days of the original purchase. Simply mail your product to the address listed below and include the original invoice and all relevant contact information. Returns are generally processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) days of receiving your item(s). The refund will be made in the form of the original payment and will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax, but will not include shipping costs. If you are receiving a refund to your credit card, please be aware that the refund may take up to one full billing cycle to show up on your statement (this varies by credit card). Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns without the original invoice, but please contact us at info at capefeet dot com to discuss alternatives.

Damaged/Defective Products:
It is our goal at Cape Feet to bring to market high-quality, beach-ready products. In the rare event that you believe your Cape Feet product is defective or damaged, we will gladly accept a return/exchange of the item. Please contact us at infoATcapefeet.com (replace AT with @ for email) to make arrangements for such an exchange or return. We value you as our customer and apologize for any inconveniences.
