Shipping Times

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday by 2pm each day. Free shipping on orders with value over $99 only applies to destinations within the 48 contiguous states. See below for more shipping information.

Online security / Secure server
All personal and payment information is encrypted and processed on a secure server. Security Certificate is provided by Equifax Secure Certificate Authority, which is now a division of GEOTRUST.

Products
All our appliances are designed for the USA market. They have a 1 year warranty and our suppliers have excellent reputations for service.

Payments by Credit Card or PayPal              
We accept all major forms of credit cards and all transactions are conducted on a secure server. You can also choose to pay by PayPal. If you prefer, let us know the products of your choice and we can email your invoice through PayPal. All customer information will always remain confidential. We want you to remain OUR customer. 

Payments by Check or Money Order
You can also pay by check or money order. Simply select the items you want to purchase and "add them to cart". Complete the online checkout form providing your name and shipping address. Then choose the "pay by check/money order" option at checkout. We will hold your order for 7 days until we receive your payment. 

You should mail your check / money order to our sales office at Birth of Beauty, 15 Depot Sq, Lexington, MA 02420. Checks should be made payable to Birth of Beauty. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

Alternatively, you can call us toll free at 866 488 9328 and place your order over the phone. We will hold your order until we receive your payment.

Returns 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt to organize your return. All returns should be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. An RA # is required for all returns.

For hygiene reasons there are certains tools that cannot be returned if they have been used. These include hairbrushes, rollers, and nail implements. If the product has not been used, it should be returned in its original packaging and accompanied with the transaction receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

A credit for the cost of the product (minus outgoing shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee) will be applied to your card or a store credit offered (subject to conditions of the return).

Returns should be sent to:

Birth of Beauty, 15 Depot Square, Lexington, MA 02420. Please write RA# on the outside of the shipping carton and include a copy of the original receipt.

Shipping Rates
We offer low shipping on all orders to make your purchase more affordable with rates starting as low as $3.00. We ship the majority of our orders within 24 to 48 hours and will ship by USPS or FEDEX. You can Prioritize or Expedite you order for a small additional fee or contact us directly if you have special shipping requests.

To check on shipping costs, simply add an item to cart and an approx shipping cost is displayed. Then simply key in your zip code and the system confirms the freight - so you can confidently check shipping before you check out.

Please note that for order shipping to Hawaii and Alaska there is an additional $3.95 shipping charge for orders. We will email you and ask you accept these charges before processing the order.

International Shipments

Please note, we do ship to Canada, UK, Europe and many other international destinations. For international shipments, we will contact you directly after your order is placed. An email confirmation will also be sent with final shipping charges before processing your order. Please note, that with all international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes that may be levied by the customs office of their respective country.
