Store Policies

Gems By Joy offers the following Store Policies:

RETURN POLICY:

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK.

If you're not happy, we're not happy. You may exchange an item for other store merchandise, or send it back to us for a full refund. An item may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of date received, provided it is new and unworn. Items must be insured in original packaging, in the excellent condition that you received them.

RESIZING:

One-time resizing is complimentary. If after resizing once and you still want changes to be made, we will resize at a nominal fee. Please measure well and email us with the information.

SHIPPING:

Items are shipped within 3 business days of your order via USPS.

Special orders and Name Bracelets will ship within 2 weeks of order placement. Please advise us if you need something shipped by a certain date and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

If there is a piece that you would like but don't see on the website, let us know. We have hundreds of other items in stock and may have just what you're looking for ready to be shipped.

FREQUENT BUYERS CLUB:

When your purchases with Gems By Joy! total $1,000, you will become a Frequent Buyer and receive a 10% discount on your future purchases. We will keep track of your orders and let you know when you reach the $1,000 mark!

REFERRALS:

For referring another customer to us, after their first purchase you will receive a coupon for a 10% discount on your next purchase.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:

For the trade: if you are a retail store or gallery and have a valid sales tax resale number, you will receive a trade discount. Please email your name, address, email address, state tax ID number, and phone number for an application. We welcome your business!
