Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Orders are processed the same day of your order, and will be shipped within 3 days. All merchandise is shipped USPS Priority and should arrive within 2-3 days after shipment. We will always notify you of your tracking number so you may track the package during shipment. Q: What if I need overnight shipping? A: Gems By Joy offers UPS Next Day Air shipping for an additional fee of $25. Q: I would like to send this purchase as a gift. Will you giftwrap and send the gift to the person I choose? A: We are happy to send your gift to your lucky recipient. All jewelry is shipped in lovely designer boxes, ready for gift giving. We will insert a card with your greetings and message. Q: Can I find out more information on a piece I'm interested in, such as the dimensions, length, design or materials?
